I am asking help on how we can link the Customer Voice Survey Response to the Contact record that submitted it.
Our scenario is we have a Journey that sends an SMS with Customer Voice Survey.
And then we created a segment that gets contact that responded to the survey.
We tested the Journey and it successfully sends a SMS and we responded on the Survey. But it doesn't not go to the Segment we created.
We tracked the Survey Response and we saw there's a record. We expected that it should give as contact for the segment.

In general, when sending a survey through D365 Marketing, the Regarding field won't get populated.
