Hi, I am using Dynamics 365 Online and have created a custom entity. I have used that custom entity as a new lookup field for it in Leads form.
But I am unable to see the "Add New" option in that lookup field.
As per the doc https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales-professional/use-lookup-fields-forms#types-of-lookups the option depends on permission. I already have the System Admin role.
How can I fix this?

Could you please confirm if the "New button" is missing in Classic UI as well?
If this is working in Classic UI then possibly the "Read-only in mobile" setting is enabled for this custom entity.
Please check the below setting and ensure that it is unchecked.
