
I have a new installation of CRM 4.0, plus CRM Email Router and Exchange 2007. The email router was working ok, but there was a problem with Exchange and it was uninstalled and rebuilt on another server. The Email router was originally on the Exchange server, but is now installed on the CRM Server.
Now, If I try to add user logon credentials to allow the CRM Email router to send and receive on behalf of a user, at Tools\Options\Email, the operation fails, with the following error message:
" An error has occurred
Try this action again..."
The following warning event appears in the application log of the CRM server:
