i'v created new role for attachment and i don't want user to delete attainment
and even i give user this menu items create but sti button of delete available

Set security and privillage(no access) in menu item(delete button).
Privillage "no access" will be hide this button.

in this case ,after set privillage, users can attach(new button) but they can not remove it.
