Hello Everyone,

Trust you are having a great day.

I have installed Avatax version 4 in UAT environment and I have also setup the Avatax connection successfully.

However, when I try to generate the sales tax, It does not populate i.e only the unit item price populates without the necessary tax value for the different states in the US.

Additionally, we encountered an issue "The UTC date/time string was not in the expected format" while trying to generate a new sales invoice after creating
a sales order.

Please has anyone encountered this issue before? what can be a fix.
