Larger Image on Contact Form?

Hi all,

The default image size on the contact form is way too small to be of any use (in my opinion). Microsoft developers must all have incredible eyesight or they design the forms with their zoom on max ;)

Is there a quick way of changing the settings so that it can be displayed about four times larger? I am not technically advanced so if it's not easy then I'll just drop it (and continue squinting) as this isn't a critical requirement.

Hi,

This is by design and it isn't possible to be changed.

I would suggest to raise this on https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/ since it is a place where other customers raise issue and also where Product Group/Developers check for features to improve the product.

Hi RupertTaylor,

Entity images have a maximum size of 144 pixels by 144 pixels. This is sufficient for most people but I understand that a higher maximum size limit would be useful in some cases. Unfortunately, you cannot extend the maximum size limit beyond 144 pixels by 144 pixels.

As a workaround, you could create a URL format option single line of text field that contains a link to a larger image or store a larger image in a HTML web resource on the contact form.

Hi,

You can also create a webresource which shows the image and put it on the form of the record.

This way you can show it at the size that you want and ignoring the place for the OOB picture.
