Table locking issues start after update

Hi 

I have a customer on the cloud. They were recently updated to the 21.3.51409.51575.

They were on 20.3 previously,

There were some minor issues like the Financial Report change from the Accounts Schedule. 

And the need to use  

PromotedActionCategoriesML = ENA =

Or some of the page will keep showing Category 5, Category 6, etc.

One issue that I am not able to understand is that the Sales Header table now keeps getting locked. 

Is there some old customization that worked fine on older version but needs to be revamp? 

Or does anybody have a clue where to start troubleshooting?

    Hi 

    The issue turn out to be a bit more complex. There was a modal dialogue box that sometimes would not appear. 

    The invisible dialog box was still running in the background even though the user had gone past the field. 

    This dialogue box is suspected to also lock the table.

    We intend to remove the dialog box.
