Sales - Lot number Inquiry GP 2010

Hello ad,

When I enter sales transaction entry, I replaced code 25117 to 25102 and now my lot number of 25117 transfer to 25102,

Please help me, How to repair it

    Hello Le,

    Thank you for using Community Forums. My name is Becky  and I will assist you.

    I have not heard of the lot number not being removed when you change and item on a SOP document.

    My suggestion would be to do a Serial/Lot Trace (Inquiry | Inventory | Serial/lot Trace) for item 25102 and see what document brought in the lot number in question.
