Default Custom Report Templates

I was researching how to modify a sales invoice, and I stumbled upon this.

She states that for report 1306, Sales-Invoice, there should be 6 templates/report layouts that are available out-of-the-box.  However, when I go to my Custom Report Layouts window, I don't see anything there.  I also went to the Report Layout Selections window, found report 1306, and tried to change the default to "Custom" but it prompts me to pick my custom layout, which again is blank with no options to select.  Is the blog correct that there should be 6 default templates for the sales invoice?  Am I missing something?  If it comes down to it, I will just try to modify the invoice to my client's liking, but I thought one of the default options may be sufficient and save time.

    Thank you for all the responses, I do appreciate them.  I probably could have made a copy and then exported that to the other company, but that would be a nightmare as there are many custom report templates that should be there by default.

    That being said, I ended up solving my issue.  I deleted the CRONUS company for the client, but left their other two companies we've spun up.  Keep in mind the issue was prevalent in all 3 of the companies on their side.  After re-creating the CRONUS company, then going to the Custom Report Layouts window, all of the custom templates are now there, in all 3 companies.  So, no clue what happened here, but it appears something went wrong with the original deployment.

    Thanks again for all the help, hopefully this thread helps someone else if they have the same issue.

    Can you make a copy of the report (within 365) and then run the export process?

    All I can suggest is that you keep bumping this thread to the top of the forum in the hope that someone from Microsoft responds to your query.

    Thank you for the responses.  Unfortunately, I'm not getting any closer to a resolution.  Both systems are on version "US Dynamics NAV 10.0 (17781)" and I am unable to export from one system and import into another because the templates in question are built-in and it errors telling me "you cannot modify built-in templates" when I try to export it from the working system.

    Any other ideas are greatly appreciated.

    You should be able to export the report layouts from one company and then import them into the other.

    That is odd.  Are the version numbers on the 'System Information' page the same for both your Cronus and your client's Cronus?  

    Can't suggest anything else on this, hopefully Chris or someone else from Microsoft will be able to help.

    What you are seeing is what I would expect to see in 365, but I see nothing.  We are a VAR, and when I log into our CRONUS company, the default templates are there as you described.  However, when I log into the client's CRONUS company or any of their other companies we created, I don't see those template options.  I'm wondering if there is a way to load these?  I tried exporting from our CRONUS and importing the the client's CRONUS but couldn't get it to work.

    FWIW in my GB Dynamics NAV 10.0 (17781) version of Cronus I can see 11 versions of report 1306 on the Custom Report Layouts page (Timeless, Simple - Email Body, Red, Modern, Invoicing, Timeless - Email Body, Red - Email Body, Modern -  Email Body, Invoicing - Email Body, Default - Email Body and Sales Invoice - Blue Simple).  They are all word layouts so, ignoring the email templates and including the default RDLC layout, that gives six.
