    Hi Juraijvk,

Is there any customization? for example, extend length of Customer Name, Address or Item Description.

    Hello,

Please show us the Lines section of the screen shot... is there a decimal in the Quantity field on a sales line? Were you Posting, Releasing this order, or what action were you taking?

Normally overflow error provides more detail information about the field and the value it is transferring , in your case it is not providing any of those so it could be anything related to the value it is being transferred. During posting it transfers the values from the sales header to other posted tables using TRANSFERFIELDS if field length does not match in those table you will get this error, activate the debugger it should take you right to the table or where the field is transferring.

Does not look like a standard error even for LS Retail. Indeed, use debugger to check the source of the error and make needed changes wither in data or in the code.

    Hi,

    Try this: http://forum.mibuso.com/discussion/38905/overflow-error

I am not sure since the cause can be a datatype conversion issue. Is the posting functionality has been customized? Kindly debug and post the screenshot here please?

Hi JURAIJVK, Have you tried debugging this error? If yes, could you please attach a screenshot here? It would help in understanding which trigger/function/customization is causing this issue.

If you haven't used debugger then please take help of a developer.
