    You need to setup change log for this table:

    Be very careful when setting up Change Log to only apply it to record changes to the fields/tables you want tracking otherwise it will fill up with transactions very quickly and can impact on performance.

    It’s a great tool for recording modifications/insertions/deletions to Customer and Vendor Cards. I like having it enabled on Vendor Bank Account table to see who has modified bank accounts in case anything strange happens as opposed to using a workflow to authorise changes.

    "Modified By" := USERID;

    "Modified On" := CURRENTDATETIME;

    Works absolutely fine But how do i get the last modified field "NAME". in my custom field.

    You have to setup change log entry and review the fields, there are validations on fields which will trigger to modify other fields so indirectly it will update other field values when you update a field. Why do you want to get a last modified field name.

    As per our bussiness requirement, we need to have a track on customer card, suppose if some user have accidently changed/modified any of the field datas. Thanks again for your answer yes change log entry helped us to meet our requirement.
