Hi,

You may need to develop query items to meet your needs. You can check out this official document: Advanced filtering and query syntax - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. This article describes the filtering and query options that are available when you use the Advanced filter/sort dialog or the matches operator in the Filter pane or grid column header filters.

Hi,

I think we can't functionatly modify the dropdown view . You would need some tech help
