I think, this is related to the printer preferences setting. Try to re-install the printer driver on the new computer and check the printing preferences settings similar to other computer which is printing the report as fine. Then try again.

If you are talking about printing a text report to a actual printer then the issue is with the print driver on that computer.
You can check the fonts by going to: Control Panel: Type in Fonts in the Search and it will come up with:
Font Settings (which takes you to help me choose font settings)
Fonts Available (will show all fonts)
Adjust Clear Type text
Find a character
Change font size
Hope this helps, only run into this once and had to go in and adjust the default output fonts.
