384Dear Support,
We got a process below for transfer material from the warehouse to production :
1. We start the production order.
2. Our production used a picking list to go to the warehouse receive material.
3. Warehouse will check the material in the stock. Example picking list below :
if WOODWO-00006 isn't enough material They will change another material example WOODWO-00007.
4. after that Warehouse will transfer material from warehouse to production - We used item transfer.
5. When Our production post the picking list -> They see Woodwo-00006 isn't enough the material. They will ask the warehouse again. They must add item Woodwo-00007 in the picking list -> It takes time for checking this step.
We need post 100 production order/ day. It takes a lot of times for doing this step.
How can We improve better this process?
