We are using Dynamics to create various messages for our internal communications group, including a daily newsletter. Over the years there have been multiple users of Dynamics. During that time, almost none of the daily newsletter email messages has been stopped, deactivated or deleted. We do use journeys to schedule the newsletter so that it goes out on time, and those are stopped by the systems based on when you schedule the journey to stop.
However, email messages are never stopped or cleared out. We have live email messages that are several years old that will never be used again. Aren't these taking up room on the server? Is there any reason to keep live email messages after their journey has stopped, given that they will never be used again?
