Hi, I just join a MS Dynamics 365 development team, but I don't have any CRM programming experience before. we are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement on premise.
I need to start learning CRM as fast as I can, could anybody give me some learning resources to start from?
Right now, I registered CRM trial account, and I have MS PlurialSite access, but the CRM learning courses are less, I watched these courses from there:
1. Microsoft Dynamics 365: Getting Started
2. Microsoft Dynamics 365: Customizing with Power Apps (this is a good one, but there is no programming example such as creating new webresources using JavaScript, or create plug in using C# codes)
I appreciate if anybody can provide some useful learning tutorials, since we don't use CRM online version, we are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement on premise version, therefore, I need to customize the CRM, so such as especially some examples how to create web resources using JavaScript, how to create plug in using C# codes, and how to customize CRM etc.
