I must be mising something here. After finding quite some posts about the subject tree I couldnt find the answer to this.
I can find where to edit the subject tree under service management to create subjects and child subjects for the subjet field on the case entitiy. But this not do the trick appearantly.
Now what I am looking for is the spot where I can edit my subject tree that I added as a field on a custom entity.
Now the subjet shows one subject on the Entity A form so appearantly it does not show the subject tree that I just altered under service management. So firstly I thought the edit subject function under service management would generically edit all the subject trees. But it doesnt and now I only have a field with subject that shows one option and I have no idea where to edit that particular subject tree.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks a million

Thanks for the reply and the suggestion Stefan, I appreciate it. I also came across this article on the quest for my answer. And even though it it kinda looks like the same or better feature, in this case I must say that Categories doesnt do the trick. If you ever find the answer I would be very happy to hear it :)
Hi Robert,
You might want to look into Categories as better alternative for Subject
