Timesheet split dates not matching pay period.

So, for the Weekly Timesheet period type.  I generated periods and went into the periods and did splits based upon the pay period dates.  We had an issue with that when people were submitting for 1/13 there was an issue with the timesheet period.  The timesheet periods were not in alignment with the splits.  It looks like the time period, and then timesheet periods, there is a disconnect.
