I have a record once i save the record mail is trigged to the user for approval..from the mail i want to approve the record using hyperlink..how to done using hyperlink any idea guys..

Hi,
you can build a approve or reject link using the custom workflow, the link should contain the url to the record and the custom parameter.
After that , configure the form to receive the parameter.
Last, create a JS to get the parameter and set the value to the field.
