Audit Logs Compliance and Case Records

On Power Platform you can control what kind of auditing you are going to perform, retention period and entities to audit for an environment, the logs can be accessed via summary view URL

However these settings looks the one related to the Audit History tab, is this correct?

If that is the issue 30 days or even 6 months might cause trouble when trying to go back and audit old cases, we might want to let them as forever even that will take space on the database

    Basically Audit is the feature provided by the Microsoft which will be used to record/audit about the changes which has been done on an entity. Now in the entity we can enable the attributes for the audit, it can be one or more than one.

    The image, which has the Audit tab it will have all the Past values of the record which you have enabled for the audit.

    And yes it will take storage also which you can track from the Admin Portal from your overall storage capacity.
