Production Order- Cost Calculation Problem

Hi,

I'm working with Simple Production Orders but I have an issue:

Finish Good
- Item model: Weighted avg. date
Components
- Item model: Weighted avg. date

I created the production order and did the picking of components A and B, the problem is the cost price:

Bill of materials and picking:
- Comp A - Purch. Price: $5.00
- Comp B - Purch Price $6.00
No Route.

The Cost of the Production Order should be: $11.00, but, I'm getting the Average unit cost, so my cost is different and my FG is entered on Inventory with a different cost than the real cost.

How can I achieve to get the cost of $11.00 instead of the average unit cost?

I was testing the Calculation groups but wasn't working for me, Am I doing something wrong?

Hi

If you are running Inventory close regularly (e.g. every month), the actual cost will be assigned to the components and the FG. Is your organisation using Inventory close (it's basically mandatory when using Weighted average date)?
