User setup issue with SQL server

Hi,

I have just setup a new user in GP (this is my first time), everything seems fine but when user tried to create an invoice she received the below error message, system could not generate a unique number for the invoice. Can someone help me please, thank you.

Hi,

First confirm that the user has the necessary rights to undertake Sales tasks. Then check if by any chance, in SQL, that the user does is not mapped to the 'DYNGRP' DB role for the company.

In this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP2013\SQL\Util you will find a file called GRANT.SQL. Go into SSMS and run this script against your company database.

Peter what you show us here suggests that the user does have correct access to TWO but the user may not have access to the company database in question.

In the aplication, did you complete the Company Access option in the user setup ?

If so, then Richards suggestion to run Grant is solid.

Check on how you have set up the Grant Access in the application - that may be the problem.
