Micrososft Dynamics CRM 2015 issue

I am having trouble in my company with our CRM website. I am attaching several snapshots to show the issue I am having. When trying to view a vendor form on our CRM site, it shows the field for about 5 seconds and then suddenly disappears. I did some troubleshooting and thought that the .1 update would fix the problem. However, when I installed the update on our test box, it did not fix the issue. We are using CRM 2015 On Premise. I installed the crm server 2015 update and windows update states that the most recent updates are installed on my machine and no new updates are available at this time. In my trouble shooting I have not come across anyone who has encountered this same problem. If anyone has any idea why this is happening and has any ideas for solutions it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks1727.crm.png

Cannot check the 1-time form on some accounts as it is grayed out.5432.cr.pngyou can see it shows up temporarily here

    Hi Anthony,

    According to the prints you shared, this is most likely related to a JavaScript function that runs when the form is loaded. I suspect this script might be hiding the whole Vendor Details tab. I suggest you take a look at the event handlers associated with this particular account form:

    1. Open a account record;
    2. On the top menu bar, click the ellipsis button (...) and select Form;
    3. Click Form Properties on the ribbon;
    4. In the Events tab, check if there are any handlers associated with the OnLoad event;
    5. If there are, you may want to review if this rule of hiding the Vendor Details tab is really necessary and may consider removing it.

    If you'd like me to help you investigate this, please share the script contents in this post.

    Hope it helps.

    - Nathan
