If the product is presented in CRM, it should have displayed on Portal too.

Did you enable proper entity permissions on Product entity?

Also, Set CustomerSupport/CaseEntitlementEnabled Portal Site Setting to true.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Jane,

Dynamics 365 Portal Users are the CRM Contacts not the CRM Users. Though CRM users can also access it irrespective of any license.

It is same like you access any public website or portal like Amazon, where you don't need to have license in order to access the products and other informations.

So if you want to show the Product List, you can use the Entity List feature of the Portal.

    Hope it helps.

Mark this as answer, If it helps

Yes ,portal users are not license user in Dynamics, They could be simple contacts in CRM and can see data which is exposed to them based on the entity permissions and their web roles.
