Hi folks,
we are using an extension to publish our local printers to Business Central which works very fine.
But we have a huge amount of different printers with different paper sizes, label printer etc. and so the list of available printers in BC becomes very large.
When a user is opening the print dialog of e.g. the sales order the pre defined printer for the report is shown. But in the list of printers (dropdown) all printers are shown.
Is there any possibilty to limit the printer list per user or user group?
Something like "Shown printers by user / user group"?

Printer A | Sales |
Printer B | Sales |
Printer C | Purchase |
Printer D | Warehouse |
Printer A | Warehouse |
So
Users in Usergroup "Sales" will have "Printer A" and "Printer B" in the list
Users in Usergroup "Purchase" will have "Printer C" in the list
Users in Usergroup "Warehouse" will have "Printer A" and "Printer D" in the list
