Hi,

Can you explain a bit? change status from confirmed to approved when a credit note is applied to it- Do you mean you applied a credit note in a confirmed PO?

If so- yes, anything you change in confirmed PO, it will be changed back to approved state.

The "Confirmed" status generally indicates that the PO is valid and ready to be processed, while "Approved" signifies that the PO has been authorized for purchase and payment.
