Bulk upload issue

Hi,

We use Dynamics to run email marketing campaigns.

However, every time we bulk upload data to run a campaign, the list gets automatically changed( Some of the contacts from the latest data gets copied to an older list of an earlier campaign. 

Is there a known cause for this and how we can fix?
