Hi,

If we want to make the connection between D365 Finance and Operations and D365 Marketing, can we integrate all the entities of D365FO or only the customer and contact entity?

This integration allows for custom, in other words, non-standard system fields?

Hi there,

Yes you can connect F&O data with D365 apps including Marketing by enabling Dual-write. The documentation page has a lost of concepts you can map between F&O and other D365 apps (via CDS). For example, all the customer-related entities can be mapped as per this documentation.

For your second question - yes you can also customize the mappings when the OOB mappings aren't sufficient
