Hy,

we have to configure a CPOS in Microsoft managed D365FO environment (Tier 1). We have done this multiple times successful in our own Tier1 environments.

But in this case we are not able to activate the CPOS, don't know why.

Activation says:

DA2010 - Your device can't find the channel configuration in the channel database. This might be due to one or more of the following reasons.

The channel data group is not valid or is missing entries for the targeted channel database;
The channel was not published;
Channel related data was not completely synced to the channel database.

Event Log has this recorded:

- <EventData>
<Data Name="correlationId">{502E47DC-5042-4A66-877F-74802C63F0E3}</Data>
<Data Name="ex">Microsoft.Dynamics.Commerce.Runtime.ConfigurationException: No channel configuration was found. </EventData>

Any Ideas?

    Dear Andreas,

    Did you publish the channel, the POS is attached to, via the form called "Channel categories and product attributes" and then run job 9999?

    Also, is your channel database linked to the Channel of the POS and to a channel database group in the "Channel database" form?

    Please let me know.

    Kind Regards,

    Mirko Bonello

    Hi,

    If you have access to retail database - go to SQL management studio, search for view [crt].[CHANNELCONFIGURATIONVIEW_V2] and make a select from it - find your store. If store is not there, then some configuration is missing. What exactly is missing you can find by investigating the tables included into this view and checking data in every table
