Changing colors of interface sections

I just watched a video where they show a complete customization of the Dynamics CRM interface. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJGCg4rB3QSs8y_1FquelBQ

In this video, they show that you can have line borders around each section as shown below.

This next image is how my interface loos on the same Account page. Notice no borders on mine.

Now I follow the instructions in this video on how to change colors add border, add lines in fields etc...Basically to look nice like the one in the video.

BUT, there is no option in mine to change the color as in theirs. The image below shows one place the video shows to change color. This just doesn't exist I'm my window.

Why don't I have this color field in mine? Mine is below.

I cant wait to hear the reason for this....

Hi

I do recommend to check the CRM app version also please make sure you are in Dynamic CRM online Version ( Dynamic 365 ) , most of the updates which you might see on Microsoft Website are referred to the Online version which sooner or later would be available for on premise ones , as far as I know Version 8.0 and 8.1 doestn have such capability so far

Thank you for the quick reply. I am unsure what my app version is, however I am a new subscriber of only a week ago, and the video I saw was posted a while back so I must be on a newer app version. (I don't know where to check the app version) :)

I only use the online version so that's not the issue.

Hi,

The top screenshot that you have is of CRM version 9, which is currently in Preview, and not yet available.

Should probably be available in the next couple of months.

I am not sure if MS is still deploying them, but you can register to get a preview build at https://connect.microsoft.com, and submit your preview request for July 2017 update for Dynamics 365.

They might have another preview coming up which they will distribute.
