Hello,
I have a few users with the same security roles assigned to them that no matter what entity they go into the name of the record shows like the below picture. Then I have some other users with the same security roles as the users having this issue and it works fine for them. I have tried removing all security roles and just granting system admin rights, same issue. My account with system admin rights works fine, no issues. There are no business rules on the form either. What would cause something like this?
