I want to know how warranty of product is managed & how it relates to agreement in field services. Is agreement itself behaves as warranty.

Hi, Warranty is not really supported in standard field service. This is solved by the Dynamics Advanced Field Service solution we bring to market and is on AppSource.

There are unfortunately no options in the standard version to control the warranty but there is now a new add-on to manage this - please see www.dynamicssoftware.com/.../advanced-field-service
No, Agreement is more that you can have the system creating work orders for you on a recurring base.
Say you want to set up a recurring maintenance work order each quarter, CRM lets you configure this by using the Agreement and related entities.
Regarding warranty: there has been a section "WARRANTY" on product form when Field One was bought by Microsoft. It included the fields "Warranty Labor Duration" and "Warranty Parts Duration". However the section and fields are not in recent releases of Microsoft Field Service Solution anymore. So to me it looks like there's no OOB functionality anymore for Warranty. If anybody knows better, please let us know.
