Hello All,

I seem to be having an issue with creating a Route in F&SCM, whereby an operation requires the use of a Machine and a H.Resource. I have tried allocating the same operation number, with a secondary operation, however the system will not allow me to do this. Reports an error. I have further tried to assign a different operation number (20 instead of 10) for the secondary, however the system reports an error - / Primary operation not specified/. My ask is, I wish to report on the operation through PFE interface, but not have to register for both the Machine and H.Resource. I am not sure why the system is preventing me from having secondary operations?

Hi Shaun,

Error : What is error you are getting?

Configuration : How you have configured the resources (Human/Machine)?

Generally you have to Create Resource Group and then under that you need to create one for Human and one for machine. Then Create Capability and attach to both resource. For example you have a one Speaker testing machine and and human is working on same. Then Create one Speaker as Resouce Group, under that create Testing machine 1 as type Machine and Resouce 1 as type Human Resource. Create Capability called Testing and add both resource. Once you done with this Create Primary Operation as Testing and attach Resource type as Machine and capability as testing under Resource requirement. Now create seconadry operation as TestOp and attach Resource type as Human Resource and capability as testing under Resource requirement. This should solve your problem.
