Hello, I am having this error when I tried to access the elearnig site.

ur apologies...An unexpected error occurred.

    Have you tried using a different browser to login or login in private mode?

    Already Tried it. Does not work.

    There is something new tho. When you log in, it used to give you four options. Now it only give you two.  Sign in with your work account and sign in with your microsoft account.

    When I setup my customer source account 3 years ago, I had issues logging with the company email, so I used a hotmail email account. I used that account for all the companies I work with. I tried to see the company profile to see if there is an issue there, and I get the same error.

    Hello Cris,

    I guess that you might have to contact the MS help desk for this login problem.

    Several years ago, I had a similar issue with my work and private hotmail account and they helped me getting things fixed.
