HI Mahmoud,
I have install Safe Pay in Dynamics GP 2013 (12.00.1574.000) , now I can't logon to Dynamics GP, after installation I run the Dynamics Utilities and it stuck on this screen, I only have option to cancel it. It was working fine before Installing Safe Pay. I have tried to restore the database on our Test Environment and try it but it is not working at all.

Your Current SQL Server is not a supported Version.
Req: Microsoft SQL Server 8.0
Act: Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (SP2-CU4)
Control Panel > Under Programs(Uninstall a Program) > On the list of Programs choose Microsoft Dynamics GP > Click on Change > Add/Remove Feature > you will see the screen above

The path is totally correct, you might have not got it installed though as it is part of the eBanking in Dynamics GP.
Go to Control Panel, on Add/Remove programs click on Microsoft Dynamics GP. Check the "Safe Pay" as shown below, Once the below feature is installed, you will get the screens metioned.
It could be that it is not installed. You can confirm this by going to Tools>Customize>Customization Status. If you don't see Safe Pay in the list it is not installed and you need to make sure to install it on each workstation. If it is in the list, you need to verify you have appropriate security to access it.
