Web Based Purchase Ordering software

I am looking for input as to what choices are available for a web based Req System.

One of our clients, would like the departments to create their own Reqs/ PO and once the PO is approved, they need to be transferred to GP. At the most there will be about 15 users who will be using the system.

The business portal product appears to be quite weak, therefore, I want to see what else is out there.

    I would highly recommend you check out this solution. It is very powerful, yet easy to use, includes punchout capabilities, online receiving and much more. Plus their support is great.

    I would personally suggest Proactis as the definitive solution for web based P2P. Easy to use, scalable and we have regularly integrated it into GP.

    If you know asp.net you can develop your own module using the web service. We're in the process of doing this now, and it does give you a lot of flexibility. I'm having a few minor issues, but so far it's bit bad,

    I suppose it would come down to budget vs features required. I never cared for BP requisition simply because it only offers one approval chain. ReQlogic you can have as many as you want with as many levels within each approval chain. Add the ability to punchout to vendors such as Staples and Office Max and a few thousand more it made the purchasing of a web-based requistion module an easy choice for GP. It also supports tablet PC's, budgeting and many more features.
