We are exploring the new Dynamics 365 expense management mobile app. It is mentioned in the documentation that the license is covered under the Team member license. Users who have a Team member license can use this app.

I noticed that, it is within the Power Apps mobile app in ISO and Android App store. Would it require purchasing of Power Apps licensing for all users with Team member licensing only? Thanks!

Hi,
The description of the expense management app in the APP store states: Anyone with a Dynamics 365 Teams member license can use the mobile app, as long as the company has obtained a Dynamics 365 Project Operations license. There is no mention of purchasing a power apps license separately. Dynamics 365 expense management (microsoft.com)
In addition, the link below also mentions: Any user who obtains a team member subscription license will be licensed to access other applications. Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Licensing Resources
