Declare a quantity higher than that of the Production Order

How can I declare a quantity higher than that of the Production Order (OF)? The issue is that a machine produces more than the requested quantity, but all the correct quantity is still produced. Is there a percentage to define on the Production Order without modifying the quantity of the Production Order, as we are in WMS mobility mode?
