Master Data Replication over two environments.

We have a Customer that has multiple companies over two environments. They want the capability to replicate Master Data between two companies on different environments. When an Item is created in one company it must automatically pull through to another company on the other environment. Basically they want data replication between two companies on different environments.

Are there any extensions on Market place that caters for this?

We can create an extension for this using API's but we would rather look for an extension that does this than reinvent the wheel.
