Why Is User ID Not Showing On the Project Hours Form?

The customer is on AX2009 and has a user whose employee id doesn’t show up when he tries entering hours on projects. The customer has set up his worker relationship, but it still does not appear in the project hours.

Any insight is appreciated.

You were correct. The issue was with the HR set-up of the employee.

Please check if the employee is correctly setup in the HR module, especially the position, project and job set up.

I suspect that you need to assign the employee to the UserId / User relations button.
