Check printing date is wrong

Dear All,

Good day to you,

I am using DAX 2012 R3.

Problem description:

In A/P module, I am using standard check printing functionality which is printing checks beautifully in all other 4 companies but is printing wrong date in a company which is newly implemented. Suppose, I want to print check in today's date and I entered posting date as current date and posted the transaction, but when I print the check, system displays check date of tomorrow.

This is happening with all vendors in this company but there is no issue in other companies.

Can anyone suggest what I should do to resolve the problem. Thanking you in advance.

Regards,

Muhammad Fahad.

    Hi Muhammad Fahad,

Can this be caused by the time zone settings of your legal entity in the organization admin module?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Dear Ludwig,

There is no problem with time zone because transaction posting date in GL is ok but check printing date is taking interval of 1 positive day.

    Is there any other opinion?

    Regards,

    Muhammad Fahad.

    Hi Muhammad Fahad,

Does this only happen for some of your vendors or for vendors that have a specific method of payment setup?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Dear Muhammad,

Have you checked Session date and time, that could be one reason.

    Please check it once.

    Best Regards

    Santhosh.K.K
