We installed a 1 year certificate in 2017 for a Dynamics 365 Portal and we just purchased a 2 year certificate (from the same authority) and I'd like to install this into the Manage SSL Certificates in the Portal set-up area but whenever I choose the PFX file to upload and add our password the screen merely acts like its doing something (for a few seconds); refreshes and nothing has been uploaded.
Is there a particular process to adding a new certificate that I'm unaware of? Do we need to remove the existing certificate or do we think there may be an issue with the certificate and I need to go back to the suppliers?
Thanx for any advice.
Steven

Hi James
We had purchased our certificate through SSL247 and there was an issue with the certificate creation so they reissued and all was fine second time around.
We never created the CSR but had SSL 247 do this for us but I like the method mentioned by Aric and we'll be using that DigiCert software for this from now on.
Hope that helps
Steven

Hi Steven,
How do I get the CSR in order for comodo to generate the certificate?
Thanks
James

I am also interested in the correct process of provisioning the certificate.
