Has anyone tried the new RBC EFT file format that was included in service pack4? The RBC IAT address1 & 2 does not seem to work. It doesn't seem to be pulling out the address information for either the company or vendor. Anyone ran into the same problem? Would really like to know how you fixed it.

I think I figured out the answer, at least for the RBC format. You need to set up the checking account as Canadian, and then in the EFT Payables setup, you need to fill in the Foreign Payments path. You may also need to select to use different EFT formats by vendor type. Then, on the vendor EFT setup, you have to select a foreign country bank account (i.e. United States), and a format type of Foreign. When processing an EFT batch, I selected a format type of Foreign, and then I was able to pay the US vendor from the Canadian bank account. The resulting EFT file included the IAT lines.
