I´m on a project and recently we started to get this error message.
It isn't our code that create the error message.
The error that i could find related to this are these:

The problem was that a third party plugin (e-con) was causing the problem.
Can you give more details?
such as, when is this error happening?
Do you have any form scripts? What are the scripts doing?
Simply put, one of the form scripts is calling the service as shown, and an error message is being thrown from that call.
