Good Morning,

I wanted to ask, if there was a preferred learning path, or some training that I could take to become a D365 Administrator?

I have never used D365 but have been a Admin for another CRM for 14 years, so I understand relational databases, but D365 seems like a foreign language to me.

What is the best way to learn how to be a D365 Admin?

What training should I take?

Are there any free courses or videos I can use to help?

Check out learn.microsoft.com and explore the Dynamics 365 CE learning paths. The Fundamentals exam below is always a good place to start! If you haven't already, create a trial org and start playing around. Look for shadowing opportunities with an experienced D365 admin. Get a mentor. Get on a project as an entry-level resource where you will learn. There are excellent learning opportunities online.
