Hi everyone,
One my customer is having problem with lauching the Guides application on Windows 10 on computers with Kaspersky endpoint security v11.8
It's telling him that he has no licence affected to his account.
On the Microsoft admin portal we verified and the account has the licence.
Does someone have information on this subject ?

The computer has been set on a less restrictive strategy in Kaspersky and it seems to have resolved the problem.
Glad to hear. I wonder if an endpoint was blocked. In case you want to lock it down further in the future, these docs have information on network configuration such as required endpoints.
