I've looked through as many forum posts as I can handle and I can not find any details about handling when an assigned Task has been changes/updated that it impacts the Resource scheduling.
What I'm looking for is If the task duration or dates are modified that the resource schedule board will follow suit. Is anyone aware of a solution or method to be able to perform this?
Project Operations for stocked/production order scenarios
I've found that the Tasks are creating records in the Resource Assignment Table and they are updated as the Tasks change.
I'm considering creating a Flow that will mirror these into the Bookings with a Category attribute to show Project Bookings and Task Bookings. This way the Schedule Board will have both type of records for manipulation.
