Management Report 2012 can't connect to the Management Reporter server for Report Designer. Please help.

Please, help.

Management Report 2012 can't connect to the Management Reporter server for Report Designer on local client workstation. I am able to open Report Designer and Report Viewer on the dynamic server with my credentials.

Please, am I missing something service pack or connector? do I need to install MDGP2013_SP2_DVD_ENSUS ? What selection should I chose?

Report Designer error: "can't connect to the Management Reporter server. Do you want to specify a different server address?"

Report Viewer error: "Unable to connect to services. Do you want to specify a different server address?

1) Make sure that the server connection on the client system is pointing to the server address of MR that is running

2) check that the port in the firewall is open on the MR server

That's where I would start first.
