Unable to login to Cloud Point of Sale

Hi All,
 
Getting a strange error when trying to login to Cloud Point of Sale. Below is the screenshots as seen.

    Please verify that the Cloud Scale Unit (CSU) version is 10.0.25 (9.35.*.*) or later. CSU version 10.0.25 or later is required to use the Store Commerce app.

    Hi,
     
    Normally Dev will ship the CSU and Releted POS extension package at once, just check whether you've installed the POS extension package after the (correct) base package installation.
    Are you getting the same error with other POS machines or this is the only one you've installed as yet? , I hope you've used the correct POS Base Package if you installed this after the platform update.
    However in a nutshell issue is a version mismatch between CSU vs POS as per the error message.

    Try doing a health check by adding the following prefix to your retail server url https://xxxxxxxxxxxxx/Commerce/healthcheck?testname=ping
     
    Also verify if both the CSU, and POS are having the same base version.
