I want to add campaign response as an option to the activity tab in the social pane. Can this be done?

Hi,
unfortunately, at this moment, this is not possible.
Currently in UCI , it is only support up to Campaign Activity.
For normal web client, it is not customizable.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
